COMPANY NEWS: September 2024
Hope everyone's Fall is going good. As sellers list their homes, there will still be more buyers per homes "for sale" and so it's likely the market will include competitive biding. The inspection industry has had to adapt to these changes and so we offer inspection services for the "pre-offer" client. Commonly called the "walk and talk" consultation, the inspection of the property is almost the same except we do not develop any written report. Inspections like this are often limited by the allotted time the real-estate company allows the prospective buyer to evaluate the property. Many times several parties are inspecting the property at the same time. As with all inspection services, our clients will have a basic knowledge of the property condition to make a informed decision. For the buyer under contract, our inspection service is one of the best that includes a comprehensive report and any follow-up consultation if needed.
Eric, Courtney and myself are prepared for this fall and we do offer services for all seven days of the week. Please call Courtney at 443-661-4377 to schedule an appointment.
Thank you,
Scott Maury ACI
