Terms of Service Hello Home buyer, Maury Home Inspections, LLC is sending you this Home Inspection Agreement (contract) for your review. (DOCUSIGN) If you have any questions about the Home Inspection Agreement or the inspection process, please feel free to call the office at 443-661-4377 or email mauryhomeinspections@gmail.com. Courtney will answer any questions you have in a timely manner. If all information appears correct, please e-sign the contract. (DOCUSIGN) The on-site inspection usually takes 3-4 hrs. The inspector will request you participate in the “discovery phase” of the inspection process. The best inspection value is to keep the party small. Additional persons present during the Home Inspection can take attention away from your “one on one” interaction with your inspector. He will take photos of related items during the process. He will discuss important finding during this process. The inspector will develop a comprehensive report and email the report within 24-48 hours. Condos generally take 1-2 hours inspection. We request payment during the inspection. Personal checks are accepted. FYI: Please initial the document if a Radon Test or Termite Inspection is requested. The home should have the windows and doors closed 24 hours prior to any radon test. Operation of doors and home appliances does not affect the test results. (No open windows) Please forward this info to any owners or occupants of the home. The test requires 48 hours and the test kits are collected and analyzed by ENVIROLABS INCORPORATED. Pick up arrangements are needed typically through one or more of the real estate agents. We will explain or answer any questions you may have in regards to radon or the radon test. Thank you. We look forward to meeting you and inspecting the property. Scott & Courtney Maury Maury Home Inspections, LLC.
Payment Policy We request payment by check at the end of the inspection. We can except payment by MC or Visa over the phone but reserve the right to surcharge you the bank fee typically 2.5 %. of the charged amount. 30 day late fee applied on any invoice overdue past 30 days 1.5% We also take Zelle online funds transfer to our email address (all lower case)which is the fastest way to pay us .
